Do I need prior yoga experience to join Sukh Yog?

Not at all. Our classes are designed for all levels, including complete beginners. Instructors offer clear guidance and modifications so you can practice comfortably at your own pace.

Just wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Yoga mats and basic props are available at the studio, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

You can book your class easily through our website or by contacting us directly on WhatsApp. We recommend booking in advance to reserve your spot.

Even 2–3 classes a week can help improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. Consistency matters more than intensity, and we encourage you to find a routine that suits your lifestyle.

Yes, yoga can be beneficial when practiced mindfully. Please inform the instructor about any injuries or medical conditions before class so appropriate modifications can be provided.
